About Samantha

So who am I?

I generally introduce myself as Samantha but you can just call me Sam. That’s how I do.

I’m a 20-something from Buffalo, NY. I’m an enrolled member of the Seneca Nation of Indians and WNY holds my heritage. I’m a Sabres fan first, Bandits Lacrosse and Bills next.

I have a love of exercising (lifting, running, spinning, yoga), cooking, red wines, fruity wheat beers, picking the toppings off my husband’s pizza, and documentaries. My travels have included Costa Rica, Spain, Morocco, Greece, France, Belgium, Netherlands, and the briefest stint one can do in Germany. So far, my favorite wine has definitely been from Santorini, Greece.

I love social media and marketing, I really hit a home run when I chose to major in Communication. I graduated from Buffalo State College in 2011 with a B.A in Public Communication (minor in Women and Gender Studies). I am currently enrolled in my master’s program, Integrated Marketing Communication, at St. Bonaventure University.

Feel free to send me comments or pitch any ideas you think I should write about. I enjoy others ideas as much as I enjoy sharing my own.

I’ve been asked before, so I’ll just share here.

Q. What’s with the name snephew25 on everything?

A. One of the best times I’ve ever had was the two summers I spent taking classes at Cornell University. My email address there was snephew25@cornell.edu. There ya have it!

(Warning: much like my living room and dining room, this blog is subject to be rearranged and redone often.)
